Design Blower wheels,
tabbed DESIGN are for high-speed operations
in single and
double width inlets. Built with one U-shaped blade with tabbed on outer rings.
Materials the blower wheels are constructed of are steel, stainless steel
and aluminum.
Sizes ranging from as small as 2-1/2" diameter to as large as 24"
diameter with various widths.
These blower wheels are widely used throughout the original equipment manufacturers
OEM and the after-market air moving industries for use in commercial, industrial
and consumer applications.
Applications: for replacements pressure atomizing oil burners,
automotive heaters and air-conditioners, kitchen ventilators, room heaters
and air-conditioners, space heaters, processing machinery, household appliances,
window ventilators, draft inducers, electronics, transformers and many others.
These blower wheels will move forced air heated, cooled or ambient
temperature to specific spot areas.
Blower wheels have many variables to their design. Described as squirrel cage
blower wheels, centrifugal fans, tangential blower wheels, forward curve and
backward curve blower wheels or backward inclined blower wheels. Other variations
such as paddle wheels and radial wheels are also available. We also specialize
in blower wheels for explosion proof, non-sparking and non-corroding applications.
Methods used
for fabrication are press-lock, tabbed, riveted or welded.
For harsh environments we can supply the blower wheels with re-enforcing rings
or / and re-enforcing rods.
Our blower wheels can be used for high speed operations, high temperature
environments, where class 1 or class 2 are required
