The availability of an item is based on the time it takes to get the item out of the warehouse, package it and ship it to you. You can expect your order to be shipped as soon as possible. There are various shipping methods you can choose. Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method you choose, the destination and availability (or lead time if applicable) of your items.

If your order includes an item that is not immediately available, our shipping staff will call you for shipping advise.

Items built to customer specifications will have a lead time. Lead times will be quoted to the customer at time the order is placed.

OUR PAYMENT POLICY 

Method of Payment

USA / Canada
We accept company checks, VISA/MasterCard.  Please allow 10 business days for personal or company checks to clear. For all specially fabricated merchandise, Payment in full must be received prior to release of shipment in US dollars on a New York bank .
* Shipments to Canada that are subject to Customs Duties, Tariffs, Surcharges, Brokerage fees and charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Other countries
Payment in full must be received prior to release of shipment in US dollars on a New York bank. We accept company checks (allow time for checks to clear) or bank transfers only. Sorry, at this time we can NOT process credit card orders from these locations.
When purchasing a limited inventory item; e-mail [sales@blowerwheel.com] the order. You will receive a pro-forma invoice with your shipping (and all other) costs. The item(s) you are purchasing will be placed on "freeze from sale status" awaiting your timely payment. You will be notified of the status of your shipment via e-mail.
Note: If you are making payment by bank transfer, please supply your fax number including country code. You will receive a faxed letter of instruction that will include account and routing information.

Shipping and Additional Costs

Your order will be shipped via Fed Ex. We will always choose the lowest possible method, if we can get a better shipping rate from another carrier for you, we will. Prices advertised do not include shipping, handling or insurance unless otherwise stated for the specific item.  New York State residents must add 8.375% sales tax or supply a federal tax id number. 
Minimum shipping / handling charge $10 per shipment.

Shipping charges for most items are based on each item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Shipping and handling cost estimates are calculated with our lowest-cost shipping rates for the requested method. The actual shipping cost may be higher if a different shipping method or multiple addresses are selected.

methods are FedEx-Ground, Home Delivery, Express Saver, 2-Day, OVERNIGHT: First, Standard, Priority where available.

Large items or bulk orders will be shipped by common carrier. All exhaust fans 20" or larger will be shipped on pallet.

We ship to customers around the world. We will always try to get the best shipping rate available.

Electric Trading Company does NOT pay shipping charges. It is the customers responsibility to pay ALL costs and charges incurred for transportation. This includes export fees, tariffs, customs charges, extra charges for special delivery (ie. residential) and all other fees and charges incurred for the transportation and delivery of the order.

Electric Trading Company will not be responsible or guarantee the delivery time for any item not in inventory or that has to be specially ordered.

How to Buy

A buy now button positioned near an item allows you to order immediately and safely via a secured commerce site.

If the item you wish to purchase does not have this , then please go to either the top or bottom of the page and click on Buy Now   and then click on Go to our order form, print and fax to us. Please take a moment to verify all your information ie. name, daytime phone number, shipping address, preferred method of shipping and method of payment. If paying by credit card, shipping address must be the same as the credit card address. If the cardholder address address is different from the ship to address write the statement "I state name authorize Electric Trading to ship to above indicated address."
If paying by credit card include type of card, name on card, account number and expiration date and fax to 212-941-1796 (this is a secured fax number).

Mexico and other countries
When purchasing from any country outside the United States or Canada simply e-mail [sales@blowerwheel.com] the order. You will receive a pro-forma invoice with your shipping (and all other) costs. The item(s) you are purchasing will be placed on "freeze from sale status" awaiting your timely payment. You will receive notification of the status of your shipment via e-mail.

Important: If your Blower Wheel order is less than the $20 Minimum, a surcharge of the difference will be added to your invoice.

Canceling an Order

Our shipping department works hard to process your order as fast as possible, sometimes the same day (within hours of receipt of your order). If you made a mistake or simply changed your mind and no longer want your order; we require a written request to cancel stating your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, order number and the date your order was placed. You will receive a confirmation of cancellation and the order will be terminated.

Return Policy

Items accepted for return will be subject to a restocking charge not to exceed 50% of the items sale price. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and fees incurred for return shipments.
Electric Trading Company does NOT pay shipping charges. The customer is responsible to pay ALL shipping costs and charges.
Electric Trading Company does not accept inbound shipments of any merchandise without prior authorization (number required).
ALL shipments arriving without an authorization number will either be refused or discarded, NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.

All information is correct to the best of our knowledge. All items are sold AS-IS. The items are tested TWICE by a mechanical technician; once prior to being shown on our web site and second prior to being shipped. All items are shipped in good working order. Neither the OEM nor Electric Trading Company, AKA BlowerWheel.com will be responsible nor guarantee the operation, performance, or suitability of this item for your intended application. You have the responsibility for determining the suitability of items for your particular application.

 Privacy Policy

Electric Trading Company uses all customer information for the sole purpose of expediting our customers' orders. We will not share or rent customer telephone numbers, shipping addresses, or email addresses with anyone outside of our operation other than the credit card company, post office or internet provider all of whom will obtain the information during the process of filling a customer order. We will not disclose customer information to any marketing companies. We may, however, send an occasional email about special sales to our customers who have specifically requested to be placed on our mailing list. You will NOT automatically be placed on our mailing list. We respect our customers' right to privacy and know that you expect your personal information to remain private. The only exception to this is when required by law.
